Thanks for your timely response to my enquiry, where it appears that your officers made claims that they were only keeping the peace in an alleged eviction, where you personally bear vicarious liability per s.12 of the Fraud Act 2006 and Company Law.
A breach of the peace is only applicable, if there was no crime taking place against myself and my property and my guests. And the only way for your constbles could have ascertained they there was no criminal activity, is to verify that there is a genuine HMCTS Appointed Enforcement, executing an authentic Court Issued Writ against Trespassers, and a Statutory Inventory was provided for goods, furnishings, food, money and utensils, to rule out theft.
For the record, I have never been served, with any proceedings Issued by the court. And enquiries to all the parties, have yielded no evidence of legitimate proceedings. And I am the owner-occupier as per land registry at the time.
Please confirm, what is the procedure, where you constables, were misled by the offenders, and neglected their duty to verify, directly causing a serious violent crime and theft to take place.
We are aware of an endemic problem of the Metropolitan and other police assisting illegal enforcement agents with known victims in the public domain being Andy Theodorou, Margery Badaloo, Anthony Badaloo, Romy Badaloo, Jackie Campbell, Tara Miri, Christopher Badaloo, Johnnie Mitchell, Keeda Wood, Avon Symister, Andrea O'Shaughnessy, , Gedaljahu Ebert, Deborah Ebert, PJ Mokharram + Family, Roger Olrod, Vanessa McLean, Errol Leushing, Pauline Hanson, Ian D'Sousa, Jaswinder Bangar, Ewan Peters, Corina Strat, Dragutin Popovich, Ewa X Julia Roberts, Paul McGowan, Matthew Eyre, Mr & Mrs Mohammed, Edith Obiri-Addai, Mervelee Myers, George Carter , Vanessa Mclean, Lance O'Connor, Deborah Sampson, Errol Denton, Denise Thomas, Theresa White, Tracey Smyth, Clarke Cover, Alicia Samuels, Femi Kula-Uma, Proff Mohammed Bader, Johnnie Mitchell, Ranjith Perera, Lee Cant, Patrick Cullinnane, Sheena WilliamsNeelu Berry, Steve Bloom, Fellicienne Blenman Bogie, Farhana Malek, Mijan Prodhana , Zina Zaida, Christene Gooch, Neelu Berry, Dr Sheida Oraki amongst others. Some of whom have been injured and even died, directly or indirectly from the protracted harassment, trauma and physical injuries.
For the avoidance of doubt, this is not a matter for the ill-fated IOPC, but I require the veridict of a jury of my peers, should it turn out that you cannot justify the apparent lies regarding Court proceedings, Authentic Warrants and Trespasser status.
Failure to address the matter substantively within fourteen days, will be taken as final confirmation, that you have knowingly engaged in a conspiracy to defraud, using the authority of the HMCTS as cover, and will be escalated as per the case of LL v The Lord Chancellor.
