I will deffinitly check it out!!
When looking for free programs I just kept running into ones that would claim to be free but would only be a trial or have a watermark blah blah, I ended up playing around with Movavi and really loved it!!

I can vouche for resolve.. its free, no water marking, haven't tried movavi personally.. i use ableton a lot for audio production and resolve for video production, i find the work flow very similar. I will check out movavi at some point, thanks 😃

Yes a lot of very serious video makers love resolve for its color editing capabilities especially. I have it but have jot really learned it yet... I make Psychopomps vids with a little canon m50 lol noob status

Resolve is massive. i think you could learn new attributes of it each day for the rest of your life and still not have it completely mastered, its that versatile, updates frequently as well. Same goes for ableton, im 10+ yrs in and still learn constantly

Is ableton free for music creation?

Unfortunately no.. there is a free version but it has limits... the full studio version is well worth the investment for sure if your into music production, you might be able to find a midi controller or studio rig that includes a full copy tho

No problem :) you could try the free version to get a feel for it. :) its kinda like the old acid pro daw. I initially started with impulse tracker 2.14, over 20 years ago lol quite a different time back then, ableton lets your meticulously create sound
