Yes, especially since the Musks have been quite rich and Elon probably wouldn't have needed this H1B.
He and the powers behind him probably need cheap and good labour.
The same reason he has 12 children and advertises to bear more children.
I am all for having children, but 2-3 may be more appropriate than 12.
Exponential growth with 12 every generation doesn't sound very sustainable.
