Yes. My entire thing is to try and get the foundations right. In my opinion everything starts to go wrong once we abandon the most basic ethics (individual rights based on the metaphysical claim of self-ownership). Once we accept exceptions because of a "greater good", thinking that the ends justify the means, all dams break. Nobody has ever been able to explain to me why you have to give people power (the privilege to violate other people’s (property) rights with impunity) in order to create order. All that creates is control, which is the opposite of order - and goes hand in hand with chaos, ironically.
