I don't think the Universe "wants to fuck you over", more it "needs to fuck you over" to get you where you're meant to be.
There have been a lot of times in my life where in the moment, it felt like life was working against me, but now looking back, I can see everything happened for a reason for my highest good to get me where I am today.
If it feels like "the universe is against you", sometimes it's actually us who is against the universe!
We're trying to push, force, will and control it.
Why? Because we're scared and don't trust it.

Hmm.
It is interesting, sometimes all that can be seen ahead in life is darkness and bad things.
Hey, I don't know your situation, but when you are in these situations, try to remember this,
You might be the only one, whom the people around you can see. All of us have someone, or many people that rely on us, wether we know it or not.
Try to stand up and be your best for them 😀

@Ross Thurston I'm already at peace... having accepted over the years the fact that humans (and maybe some aliens and/or other entities) tend to screw you...

@RES, this is a wise way to look at things.
In life I've been surprised to see how even the nicest people can still screw you over, and be happy about it.
It is good to be careful in all our interactions really.
