Probably but this does not depend on the tool but rather from the audience. If audience like crap or bullying they will reward that.
Yeah that theory doesn't seem to have played out with Twetch, the culture there is teeeeeeerrible. :( They're all focused on trolly memeing but it's not even good memes. :/
