Steps

2. Mix this DB with a microtransaction system that merges retrieving, posting, and otherwise accessing this database with payments

3. In a separate bowl, prepare a graphical interface to create, edit, link, and view these documents

4. Combine the micromonetized global document database with the interface, bake at 369 degrees for a nonlinear amount of time
