yep. theres a vc named andrew chen from a16z who wrote a good book on building networks called the cold start problem. basically how do you get a social network off the ground when its not social at the beginning?

one of the ways is to have the app function as a tool in single player mode. which is how knov functions. much of my time spent here is just writing to myself in the private stream
