my worry is that he actually over-regulates with good intentions as opposed to opening things up and limiting government involvement in health

a major problem we have is that in government and industry, everyone is in bed with everyone else in some form or fashion. I think that's a definition I heard of fascism a while back.. corporations & governments in lock step. A massive decentralization movement would be good for this country. Jon Rappoport has written on this, I really like his stuff. Brilliant thinker and writer. I'll dig up what he's written on decentralization for the country.
