Jim, it say .onion on that image you're showing. It is satire. Maybe Jolly Roger on twitter made it as a troll to Roger?
.onion is a TOR address. Maybe the site was shut-down already or full of Bitcoin Casher's trying to spend the JOLLYROGER token? Maybe it is satire? However listen to the video carefully - there is an interesting message I think.
