I wonder if BSV will really solve the censorship problem. Theoretically twetch could start censoring their platform just like twitter, facebook, youtube etc.

Incentives matter. Twetch can censor if it wishes but that means losing out on potential transactions.

Then anyone can spin up another UI to fetch all twetches.
The current censorship problem is because the individual platforms own the data.
No one owns your twetches.
