I will start.
These are the 3 most important scientific discoveries from my years of research that you can apply today to survive viruses.
All science based and discovered only in the last decade: 2011, 2015 and 2016

first was discovered in 2016 https://www.cell.com/cell/fulltext/S0092-8674(16)30972-2
this article explains the science study in a way that is easier to understand for most:
https://www.theatlantic.com/science/archive/2016/09/glucose-inflammation/498965/
the important part:
"the virus triggered a different type of sepsis, in which removing glucose was uniformly lethal. Glucose seemed to be necessary for adapting to the stress of viral inflammation, by preventing cell death. Without that the mice would die"
“When you have the flu you kind of feel like having some tea & honey. That's the body’s way of telling us that we need glucose. We have these evolutionary mechanisms that tell us what we prefer to eat or not when we’re sick, and we should listen to them.”
second article is from 2015 & will allow you to boost your immune system
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4378297/
Multi-disciplinary research has revealed that electrically conductive contact of the human body with the surface of the Earth (grounding or earthing) produces effects on inflammation, immune responses, wound healing & autoimmune diseases.
"Specifically, grounding an organism produces measurable differences in the concentrations of white blood cells, cytokines, and other molecules involved in the inflammatory response."
"Our immune systems work beautifully as long as electrons are available to balance the ROS and reactive nitrogen species (RNS) used when dealing with infection and tissue injury."
Our modern lifestyle has taken the immune system by surprise by suddenly depriving it of its primordial electron source
A lack of electrons can also de-saturate the electron transport chains in mitochondria, slowing the cellular migrations & immune system
personnal comment: you don't need any expensive stuff to ground yourself while sleeping
$10 tester to make sure your power outlets are grounded -> search "outlet ground tester"
$3-$5 wristband -> search "Anti-Static Wrist" & wear on ankle for sleep
third article is from 2011
https://www.mdpi.com/1420-3049/16/10/8894/htm
"only recently some studies have emerged showing that metal nanoparticles can be effective antiviral agents against HIV-1, hepatitis B virus, respiratory syncytial virus, herpes simplex virus type 1, monkeypox virus, influenza virus & Tacaribe virus."
"Metal nanoparticles, especially produced with silver or gold, have proven to exhibit virucidal activity against a broad-spectrum of viruses, and reduce viral infectivity of cultured cells through direct interaction with the virus surface proteins"
this isn't too expensive either, go to amazon and search "liquid colloidal silver ppm" and you will find many options around $20 per 16 oz (0.5 liter)
you can also make it yourself building a small electrical circuit, search "how to make colloidal silver"
thanks for this!
@169
Have you hear about MMS?
This post is worth saving for reference. Thank you.

Thanks these are very interesting! What do you think the best ways of avoiding getting sick in the first place are?
1. Avoid crowded public places. Cover mouth/nose if not possible.
2. Don't touch door handles/railings/PoS terminals/touchscreen panels etc. Wash hands immediately if unavoidable. Don't touch your face until you do.
3. Don't eat communal "finger food".
I work in a busy Emergency Department with lots of people presenting daily with viral illnesses. The key to not catching them is to be extremely careful what you touch, and to understand how the virus is transmitted and limit any potential it has to do so.
Novel coronovirus is transmitted by aerosol spread (people cough/sneeze virions into the air which come in contact with your mucosal membranes). So it is essential to cover your mouth and nose if you are in a confined space with someone coughing/sneezing.
Once you have been exposed to the virus, there is virtually nothing you can do to prevent systemic infection other than wait until your body produces new antibodies to fight it. Prevention is key.
Luckily, like with most viruses, the vast majority of people who catch it will be completely fine (except for 7-14 days of misery). Generally speaking it's only the old/young/infirm, with underlying immunodeficiency or lung disease etc, who die from it.
Realistically, people should be FAR more afraid of the common flu/influenza! It kills >1/2 million people worldwide annually! But the media are more concerned about a virus that has killed <200 people to date. Don't panic guys. A lot of this is just FUD.
In many ways, this is a FEATURE of biology, not a bug. Your immune system will create antibodies to this virus, like the millions of others it encounters daily. If you catch it now, you will never catch it again because you will have antibodies against it.
Viruses play an extremely important role in the process of biological evolution and natural selection. Without them, we wouldn't exist. They transmit genes horizontally across the genepool, acting as evolutionary catalysts. "Curing" them is a fools errand.
Love all these suggestions. You’re bang on Sir! Sugar Is anti-stress, lowers susceptibility to shock and increases resilience, plus is also our cells’ preferred fuel. Hydrogen rich water is another good source of free electrons. Colloidal silver/gold 👍.
That's true but corona is going to kill a lot more than 200 based on what we already know. If it's contained it won't kill .5 million but it has the potential to be worse than the flu too.
I swear by spirulina. Take it for a month, and if you don't feel better, then stop. Boosting the immune system is an additional benefit.
Remember to use hand sanitiser gel (alcohol based) after touching public surfaces. It is also advised to wash hands with soap and water after 6 consecutive uses of the gel.
