If you're non-US, I hear BuyBSV and BCCrypto are good options. RelayX for small amounts.
If you are US, honestly, the best way is still to buy BTC and swap it somewhere.
Some states are allowed to use buybsv.

Crypto is legal in missouri but isnt available on buybsv....so i dont know what the deal is?
