What I’ve tried would include everything I’ve ever done.

Therapy, good sleep, journaling, self help books, reading for pleasure, seeking god, spiritual drugs, following a clean diet, regular exercise, socializing, meditation, sobriety, taking a class, trying a new hobby.
Ultimately if you asked what’s my problem, I have no idea. Stuck in the present maybe
