well, one idea i had is to set some percentage of the upvalue to pow 5% ?... as a compromise where most money goes to the users, but if someone did decide to sybil attack, they would still incur some cost

yeah idk how much tipwashing i've ever really seen in the wild but it's certainly an exploit that'd come up if there was a lot of attention on what's getting tipped
