well I don't know if they had like mobile phones etc but just from an architecture standpoint look at some of the world's cathedrals and places like Peru where people to this day still can't work out how they built some of their structures.
mainstream science has been lying to us for decades. they make claims like 'they didn't have tools or the ability to make these things', yet those things exist across the globe.
