Eating raw liver for me. A "meat shake" of liver blended in bone broth every morning and some serious health issues cured.
Also maybe acupuncture. Did it twice. First time nothing. Second time it released all sorts of tension and was pretty amazing.

Green juice diet. Literally blended green stuff, only. Refererence: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1227378/
And exact opposite diet. Carnivore. I think I felt better on that diet overall, but I also stuck with it longer.
Common denominator; cut out shit.
Beef liver is the ultimate superfood. Period. I had it raw, with beef fat, for the first time recently in Beirut. Loved it. For people who can't stand the taste: Ancestral (brand name) supplements are a great alternative.
For people who gag and 100% can't eat liver. I have a trick.
Cut the liver into cubes. Freeze them. Now just take them like you do a vitamin
Yeah I freeze 2oz chunks, and then blend the frozen chunk with 8oz bone broth. plug my nose and down it.
But if you don't freeze it, blending it doesn't work. It just turns to goopy slime.
Andreas Moritz "The Amazing Liver/Gallbladder Flush" 6 day prep and 1 day cleanse & not fun but health effects profound, cured an issue that would have required surgery.

Safety?? How often do you drink a shake??
Every morning.
eating only meat, andlots of it.
I once got offered a ‘hardcore breakfast’ in England. Cornflakes but with vodka instead of milk. I told them it was disgusting? Imagine, a vegan breakfast!
disgusting.... keeping people on the bottle, feeding poverty.
other work arounds,
eat it raw!!
Or, dehydrated they're like crisps
(KetoAurelius on twitter sells them - I haven't tried, instead dehydrated my own).
I don't mind the taste and regularly bulk order/devour liver and beef sausages from my butcher, yum :)
My wife and I eat liver twice a week. We found out how to make it VERY palatable. 1st buy calf liver, it has a much milder taste. Then soak it in milk for 30 mins to an hour. Salt and pepper and good to go!
Trying deep infrared light therapy for arthritis in my feet. Started today. I’ll let you know.
Dry fasting (no water). Helps with skin issues a ton. I'll often chug some water at 7pm and then not drink anymore until noon the next day. More effective than intermittent (food) fasting for me. Thanks for the "meat shake" tip, I'll have to try it out.
