Is there a way for us to track the user base growth of Twetch? Or any metric of that sort?

There are two easy ways to check it: (1) look at the user number of any post that says “1st” on it, that will give you a rough estimate on the number of registered users and (2) you can look at the feed to judge the number of active users.
