I really want to do a tendie giveaway based on interactions on a twetch post combined with they must be following. I want to do it in a transparent way where the code that is picking winner is open source and I’m streaming myself pick the winner live.

Why not just use random.org?
Step 1: Pull data for interactions and follows directly from twetch, make a numbered list of participants, draw a random number.
Step2: ???
Step3: Profit! 🤯
