I want to say: "No central bank is stupid enough to cut 50 bs on an already low interest rate based upon a virus, unless it's actually dangerous".

I need to say: "They got their excuse to lower it as facing the music to pay off debt comes due".

Not good.

Considering what's happening in China, it does have an impact on the rest of the world. But I don't know if putting more money into an industry that has their doors shut and not producing anything will actually do any good if outbreak is not contained.
