i generally like to put all 3 together and form a sort of meditative yogic dance.
it's my own form of yoga that i call moga = moving yoga.
if you know how to do yoga right, it can feel as good as sex.
I agree, can give weak knees and shaky thighs.. also, lucid dreaming helps to resolve a lot of issues, although a different physical state, more so moga for the mind
Meditation is already a part of yoga. The physical exercise aspect, called asana, is only the third of eight limbs as described by Patanjali. The seventh is dhyana, most commonly translated as meditation.
