I've though about it long and hard. Crime appears to happen more with looser money regulations. It's not a matter of what government is in power or political size. Criminals look for easy undetectable crimes to commit.
I appreciate And yes I agree. If anyone can do anything undetected, the world wont be a better place. It will be far worse.
