this is how you do battle on the spiritual plane against the Nothing that has been sweeping over our planet.

1st, you have to ground to the planet.
our planet is electrically supercharged with energy. this is the energy that you want to tap into because we are also electrical creatures. there are many techniques for grounding. choose one which best suits you.
2nd—connect to the Source of Creation.
we all have a spiritual umbilical cord called DNA that connects with everything and through everything. this all originates from a single source named God or "The Creator".
follow this cord back to Source.
3rd—create a vortex around you. this is done by breathwork–you breathe the energy up through your feet, out over the top of your head, and back down again.
after much practice, this will form a vortex that will crystallize and take the shape of a Torus.
