Can people remind me exactly why CW is getting sued?

The way I understand it is David's brother Ira says CW took Bitcoin off of David's computer after he died. So he wants CW to give him billions of dollars

CW's try to settle with him? But they want all of the addresses so they can get the Bitcoin sold now? I don't understand why they don't just wait. I guess I'm confused exactly what they want.

As Dave's brother Ira feels entitled to the Bitcoin that belonged to Dave. However they weren't exactly close; Ira did not visit Dave once while he was dying, only living a couple minutes away from him. I also don't think he's in Dave's will.
