The velocity factor of Bitcoin is important and I can’t see it happen off chain in the long term.

The economical (opportunity) benefits having Bitcoin on the blockchain for everyone; rich and poor, to trade live onchain is far superior to anything else!

You're right but it seems most investors couldnt care less. I doubt many even want to self custody.

@15284 just around the corner with keyless wallets; for everyone.

It just takes one tiny bank facility/branch taking a risk and integrating (with some limits) to transfer out money through BSV (FIAT or BSV) to keyless wallets (legal) and the race starts.

Twetch ·

sadly the race has already began

but BSV is not a player

Paypal and growing number of banks are going custodial 🤷‍♂️

Nothing will ever be if it’s not onchain, the value of having P2P onchain is not going away, it simply takes time for the discovery of it and one thing people miss out understanding is that utility with unbounded growth never stops growing when valuable.

Twetch ·

nobody cares about utility its all about number go up

They aren't buying BTC because it's Bitcoin or "better money". Institutions are buying it because it's a better alternative to the dollar because of massive devaluation exacerbated by the "pandemic".
