I’ve had it sitting in my bookshelf for years, but his visualisation of the future of AIs and androids/Ems is actually pretty relevant for my follow up novel (if I ever finish) The Omega Simulacrum, so I’m reading it at last. Have you read it? So far I think he has some interesting ideas, that are already bearing out somewhat.
