I've seen that said. Have people you've known had problems from cigar/cigarette smoking?

my grandad died from throat and lung cancer and iv had a few old colleagues and friends have throat and lung issues.
it's also extremely addictive. like sometimes my craving for a fag makes me angry if I can't have one.
cigars are better for you in some ways because there's no bleached paper or chemicals, and also you don't inhale cigar smoke so you lower the risk of cancer. but they also have a much much higher nicotine level
iv had some nice cigars over the years, mainly when I go to Spain, they're more luxury I guess
