I've just read your other comment as well, absolutely spot on. This was what I wrote back in 2021 but today it came up as a memory. I have new findings now... My ideas have changed around 'parasites' and even herbal remedies.
For me parasites seem to eat heavy metals and toxic burnder. So why are we eliminating them, and not the actual root cause of why we have so much of the toxic overload. When we kill the parasites, we kill off everything they have started processing which is further released back into the bloodstream.
As for herbs, they aren't a cure. They are an alleviation method, for people who have very strong Toxemia symptoms.
It's the same as all these vitamins and minerals, it's funny how there's an a-z list. Yet if you were to go to a remote island and meet people who'd never even heard of vitamin C they'd look at you gone out. It's another ploy to sell us crap.
Adding more is always the wrong thing to do

Well, it would be nice it things were simple, just like that, for example, in the figuring it all out, as when we begin concluding something, such as the idea that herbs are not for cure. Because clearly it depends on the given situation; if you sit in cold and draft with not much on, this scenario even once its history, can have a consequence, but later on, such as the bronchitis that I mentioned, to which the thyme extract became the cure. Especially since the cause in that case, was a past one, no longer existing for you to adress and change it in any way.
Yes, tribes outside the common civilisation don't have the ideas of vitamins and other things, but whatever the accurate names for things and so on anyway, these tribes do have their solutions. Some have remedies (physical), some use tribal focus energy (non-physical). And both can get the same result. Just like some cured their camcer with the Buckwheat Diet, while others meditated they way, or did a whole lifestyle and diet change.
And I find repeatedly, that there are different paths to the same location, different ways to the same results. For example cancer, or diabetis, and many things, if not all. What we call Placebo is another thing that works in different ways, either as effective belief, or purposely focused energy, while for many it doesn't work at all. Which brings me to the factor, that in general, some path or some way, is better for some, while not for others, or more effective for someone than it is for another one. In other words, different things can apparently also work differently on different people.
Also, check this out for example. Yet another aproach. The interviewer, Greg, with the cap there on the video-cover, is a guy I know / a friend to some extent, since years ago when I reached out to help him out (and succeeded in doing so 😊). He's been working with his ways for decades, and cured himself as well. He uses to be bedridden, all in pans, amd eventually unable to get to the bat…
I did come accros that interesting parasite theory via Matt, who created that Cultivate Elevate business selling things like pearl powder and dragons blood. I am curious about this idea.
He also suggests that a bit of mold on fruits and veggies should be similarly good for us, which reminds me of my dad, who seemed to be some proof of that this might be true. Yet I'm sure it depends. Say you have a mold poisoning toxicity issue, then it might not be a good idea. Or it might be a good idea. Or it might depend on the type of molds. Somehow for me in particular, consuming molds feels strongly like a no go. But I am open to the idea that it might be ok, or even good, for someone else.
