the vaccines recommended by the medical system are very safe and on average very beneficial to both the people taking them and the wider society ... they carefully examine candidate vaccines and make sure that's the case before recommending their broad use

to be clear there are a zillion problems with the modern medical system :/ .. this just happens not to be one of them, vaccines are a wonder of the modern world and have moved humanity from constant terrible suffering to a relatively safe and healthy world

You clearly missed the entire point of the book Turtles All The Way Down: Vaccine Science and Myth. Though there are numerous well researched books and papers on this. Perhaps you ought read and review the endless citations in the mentioned book before stating the equivalent of "party-line" ignorance.
Perhaps a few Can be beneficial. But generally the adjuvant created inflammation creates damage that erases the net benefit in much of these.
But let's take a selection and debate an example:
HepA vaccine.
Would you dispute that there are a recorded incidence of 1% (greater really, as the system for reporting such events is flawed and known to be underreporting) of children under age 2 given this having SEIZURES?
The next consideration is: why is this creating seizures in such a significant percentage of babies?
What is the damage caused by and does it persist?
And finally, why accept a (greater than) 1% risk of seizure (neurological damage to don't degree ought be inferred) for something that is in fact largely harmless to children at that age (most children in developing countries get HepA early and have life long protection, rather than issues later, superior to vaccine induced immunity).
If you can't even address the deficiencies of this, you have little but a hollow point and poor assessment of the situation.
