#Q What do you think is the simplest, yet most effective way to implement it?

Not sure as to simplest or most effective. Maybe a hashtag or such. Even one that pops up when you finish a sentence with a question mark? I think in time having a dictionary on chain that then parses incoming OP-RETURN data and gives q's an 'about'
