I drink my coffee black, have for years... once u start, and stay committed you will feel sick if u add cream or sugar.. what the hell is the point of sugar in coffee... its like ketchup on steak..

I hope you stick with black. honestly it is the best option. sugar is the devil, milk and cream sours the coffee. black coffee is so good, and you will notice much less of a come down, less sketch from lack of sugar, etc.
