You should have chunked it to get lots of revenue. You are giving up profit doing this.

That sucks. Would be good commercial for streamanity. And you would get some cash.

Marketing has a way of killing itself. It is usually better to have a loss leader and upsell along the way vs overcharging and losing potential repeat business.
