The motion with regards to jurisdiction was denied, US court assumes jurisdiction. Not sure if this will/ can be appealed!

to me that this is due to different moment in time the question was answered by Craig and W&K ownership structure probably having changed over time.
Either way, right now it looks like the courtcase continues in the USA!
The emails that show Dave Kleiman, Craig and Lynn Wright discussing W&K are not enough evidence according to the court to show that there were more (foreign) members involved in W&K.
Also statements made by Craig contradicted each other, however it seems
