Dont you want to be able to set your own prices?
Eventually, you'll have the option to set it at whatever price is worth it for you, all the way down to the dust limit and later even sub satoshi
I don't mind fixed 1c for everything but have nothing against being able to set whatever price. But seriously, I think 1c is the sweet spot..
Meanwhile it should be 1c fixed rate, that is if the frog wants people to be active here..
