I understand some may believe in a god/creator and life existing somewhere else in the universe.
Does anyone believe that Jesus and life existing elsewhere in the universe to be possible?

Im referring in the biological sense. Jesus or E.T lifeforms? Is both possible? Doubtful. Unless god/creator had offspring around the universe in all cases where intelligent life (if they exist) required a son of god
Not really what im getting at. Bringing a fire to life doesn’t actually mean it’s alive. There is vast areas of space with no life, or the centre of our planet for example. Completely inhospitable and devoid of life.
