There is certainly nothing wrong to believe you see something that is Unidentified in your current world model. Now, when you try to explain that its Military Tech for example, or Alien Tech, your are speculating about its origin and there beings the Conspiracy and the Theory. Nothing wrong coming up with a Theory that involves 2 or more people or entities either, we often conspire humans with each other in secret.
