U.S. military whistleblowers have told Congress about secret programs related to non-human piloted aircraft and submersibles. In this episode, listen to testimony from additional whistleblowers who add more information to what we have already learned, listen to the response from the person at the Defense Department in charge of investigating these claims, and learn about a secret program called Immaculate Constellation, which allegedly has a hidden treasure trove of evidence that we are not alone.

25:50 Dr. Jon Kosloski: It is important to underscore that, to date, ARRO has not discovered any verifiable evidence of extraterrestrial beings, activity, or technology.
30:40 Dr. Jon Kosloski: Most of the reporting occurs between 15,000 and 25,000 feet. That happens to be where most of our sensors are, and the reporting above and below that is also often coming from those same platforms.
30:55 Dr. Jon Kosloski: The resolved cases have the vast majority being balloons and UAS. We’re seeing a great increase in satellites recently, particularly with the launch of mega satellite constellations such as Starlink, where the satellites are catching what is called satellite flares or glint off the sun just after sunset or just before sunrise.
31:45 Dr. Jon Kosloski: Most of the reports historically had been near the government sites. This bias has been reduced recently by reporting from the FAA. We now get weekly reports from them. And great thank you to our aviators for making those reports. It helps our analysis quite a bit.

19:55 Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC): I’m not going to name names, but there are certain individuals who didn’t want this hearing to happen, because they feared what might be disclosed.
22:25 Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC): A recent statutorily required report from AARO intended to illuminate the government’s historic assessment of UAPs was heavily criticized by those seeking UAP transparency. The report has stoked suspicions AARO is unable, or perhaps unwilling, to bring forward the truth about the government’s activities concerning UAPs. I’m disturbed that AARO itself lacks transparency, even its budget is kept from the public.
30:35 Rep. Glenn Grothman (R-WI): Since the last hearings, I’ve led several briefings with government agencies to deepen my understanding with these issues. First, the Department of Defense Inspector General’s Office informed us that the Department of Defense does not have a streamlined process for service members to report UAP activity. Since then, the Joint Chiefs have implemented standards for UAP reporting across the services. The Intelligence Community Inspector General informed us that whistleblowers often fear retaliation for reporting mismanagement of highly sensitive government projects or information. Finally, AARO has expressed to the committee that like any other federal government agency, it’s faced challenges in its establishment, specifically in hiring staff to manage UAP hi…
