Looks good, I found it won't accept images from Safari (MacOS) but Firefox works. Are you going to have follows and a way of not having to wade through the stream to find content?

Yes, a mechanism for follows and other ways of making good content more discoverable are high up the priority list.

Initial following mechanism will be a simple first stab. But I have an idea about linking user accounts with external apps/services, at which point we can think about how we do things like that.
