Twetch UI problems/Chrome:
- Clicking Reply (then Post) doesn't scroll down to current pos
- Clicking "Twetch" or Notification icon doesn't refresh page
- Clicking "Twetch" doesn't remember "Following-Latest-Top" selection
- No cursor up/down while editing

Desktop, Win10 Pro x64, Chrome x64. I think it's a really standard setup.
