Twetch has a male superiority problem. Good luck keeping any feminist or better yet, any self-respecting woman, on here for more than 48 hours. The first assumption when a female joins is that she’s fake and has to put a shoe on her head. Fuck u twetch.

amazing bait. branched

Scammers really suck. The shoe on head thing is a way to prove you're real. Eventually KYC will help mitigate some of the fake accounts. Don't give up on Twetch. It's early. We're going places together.

Twetch ·

Please reconsider the one thing that could kill twetch is if it turns into more of a sausage fest.

Twetch ·

KYC will kill this platform.

Twetch ·

Will be hard to avoid as more countries implement policies requiring all wallets holding more than 150 EU worth of Bitcoin will need to be verified. This may be the case as soon as Jan 2022.

Twetch ·

Let her go she's got 210 followers and couldn't find even one account worth following. That says something doesn't it?

Twetch ·

If we allowed that to happen to BSV I will be going head first into XMR and ARRR. No KYC or AML.

Twetch ·

Free to do that, of course, but privacy coins defeat the purpose of Bitcoin.

Twetch ·

I put a premium on privacy. If I am required to KYC I'm out.

Twetch ·

Privacy with BSV is as simple as using rolling addresses. As for wallet KYC, it is already in the works. You can go to another coin, but then you won't be using Bitcoin.

Of course the genius Shittoshi is pushing this clownish idea. You can't have free speech without anonymity. This is a shit show in the making.
So what happens in the case where BSV is in my wallet, am I blackmailed to KYC to move or trade it????????????

Twetch ·

Say goodbye to your nom de plume with KYC/AML. I can hear the naysayers "your username will still be private to other users just not the state." That gives me comfort to know the POS that locked down the world are the only ones with access to my info.

Twetch ·

XRM and all Anon coins will get banned and lose fiat off ramps. They will be considered toxic to posses and linked (rightfully or wrongfully) to criminal activity.
The best way to lose money is to sink your wealth into an Anon coin as a store of value.

Twetch ·

You do understand there are DEXs out there that gives two shits about KYC/AML policy? Just because it's a law doesn't mean you have to follow it. I don't wear masks because it's a dumb law whereas you may think it's just for you and your fam. Morality>law

Twetch ·

CSW is not pushing anything, he is simply respecting the laws which are necessary for transacting and doing legitimate business in the real world. If he's pushing anything, it is Genuine Bitcoin vs. an untenable, unrealistic cypher punk narrative.

Twetch ·

What many believe to be DEXs are no less centralized than any other major exchange. As for civil disobedience to protest idiotic mandates regarding masks, that's another story. But, we're talking about the same AML policies that are already in effect.

Twetch ·

Swapping coins on a DEX doesn't mean anything.
Who will swap clean coins for poison coins on DEX knowing it can't be cashed out? Anon coins will get weeded out & more tainted as less hands want to touch them.
Inevitable death spiral is inevitable.

Twetch ·

Just like they banned drugs? What you fail to realize is the govt is the most criminal organization in society so they would want privacy. If you think the state is here to help in any form I can't help you.

Twetch ·

I'm just letting you know the outcome that will be inevitable.
You will be relying on drug dealers & worse to wash your Anon coins because they will be the only people who'll handle it & the VIG they'll charge you won't be worth the hassles.
🤷‍♂️

Twetch ·

Or what if the fascist state does more fascist shit and everyone move a large portion of their hodl into privacy platforms? Neither of us know what tomorrow holds. All i know is if you can't buy dope with your money it ain't money.

Twetch ·

Good point on prohibition. I think it might be helpful to focus on the distinctions between government and law. Certain laws are fundamental to humans, e.g. life, liberty, pursuit of happiness. But, when someone infringes upon that law, who enacts justice?

Twetch ·

Excellent point. And to my previous comment, who wants to trust a criminal with their privacy? I get that's it no different trusting a mob than it is an evil corporation or gov., but Bitcoin makes everything transparent so it raises the bar for everyone.

Twetch ·

How about this novel idea...don't put all your eggs in one basket? There are plenty of other assets one can hold privately. Other than that, know your rights. In the US, 5th and 14th Amendments cover the right to own property.

Twetch ·

That is a promise by a man which could be broken. You only have Rights that You are willing to die for. The state gives two shits about your Rights and in most cases is the one selling them to the highest bidder.

Twetch ·

I'm not talking about rights, but justice. Ensuring justice is a personal responsibility, yes, but will ultimately involve a judge to arbitrate between parties, and does not necessitate anyone staring into the barrel of a gun.
