I have read some people saying that replies do not reward the original poster anymore. Is it true ? What else changed ?

@176 take a look at this thread. Also, @4 it is very simple for you to confirm that the payments are not going to the OP, all is going to Twetch account. Number of outputs is 1 OP_RETURN, 1 payment (2 cents to Twetch account) and change back.
