Turns out you can make a 12 word seed phrase. Add 3 words to make 15, then 18,21 and finally 24.
What you are left with is a 24 word seed phrase that you can keep taking 3 words off to make different wallets.
One 24 seed phrase could be 5 wallets.
(It has to be built from 12 upwards, if you generate 24 from scratch it doesn't always work)

You could also write down a 24 word seed phrase (leave it empty)but only use the 18th seed phrase inside it.
