I was trying to be a little PC. Did not want someone saying, "Hey, my mom died from a drunk driver, etc...." while I am saying "Did you have fun drunk driving?

The ambiguity of that statement was intentional to point out all is a drug. A "drug" really just means consciousness change to me. I don't drink coffee because it feels like cocaine. Lots of people eat food to curb mental problems. So even food is used as a drug. Especially those obese nations.

Carl Hart makes a lot of great points. IMO, the reality to drug use is that alcohol is almost always involved while consuming other drugs. I think that is usually where problems come into play. Hart mentions it is hard to die of just heroin. Found that interesting.

"I wouldn't have a career if we weren't scapegoating drugs." - Carl Hart

My belief is that I should be able to control my consciousness without drugs or alcohol. Even that really bad day at work where you want to get drunk and forget, all of us should be able to calm ourselves down without such substances (changing consciousness).
