Looks like it's something like Fractal Bitcoin, which is practically another blockchain running with similar code as BTC. Meanwhile on BSV you don't need separate chains to scale. Your chain is flawed if you need another blockchain to scale it
things will fall into place as if attracted by the law of gravity.
