Truth is a frequency, it's a resonance... It can't be bought, it can't be sold. Truth is something we have always known, it's more like a path that presents itself. When the student is ready, the teacher appears, when the master is ready, the student appears.

It's the duality of reality, it's the ying and the yang. It's seeing things as they are, looking through the illusions and confusions.

Two eyes to look and one eye to see.

We have three brains, the gut, the mind, the heart. 7 planets, 7 chakras, 7 days of the week, 7 colours of the rainbow.

The path to truth is inside out, for what ever truth you find externally can only be understood by innerstanding it.

Integration is when we resonate with truth... But truth can only be perceived based on your openness to it.

For even truth is just a word used to describe something that can't be grasped. You can't hold onto truth, you can't bottle it, you can't store it and you can't forget it.

Love is truth. We can try and find all the words in the dictionary to describe it, but we truly understand it by feeling it and experiencing it.

You don't teach love, you experience it. You are touched by it, by things, people, experiences. Truth awakens you to deeper parts of self.

It's expansive, if you continue to expand with it. Most people believe they've discovered the ultimate truth, yet truth isn't something with a ceiling.

If you're still living in a one sided polarity, you haven't discovered the deeper aspects of truth. For in truth there is love in all things, and for all things. In truth, you see.!nb
