It is true that are many fraud however this shouldn’t be a reason for not searching for great products and honest producers. I have been working with Arke company since 2015 and they are really loving what they do. In their plant only Sicilian olives are used for high quality extra virgins, they don’t even make EU oils or Pomace. They won many competitions and guests can also enjoy tasting there. I will add more of their lines

Ah yes so it’s the good good good stuff you’ve got! Almost an insult to use it in soap LOL!! For soap making I always used EVOO (often certified organic too) just because it could be trusted a little more than the other types. “Pure” olive oil or even Pomace sometimes, is often cut with hazelnut oil, which can really affect a soap batch. Oils labeled “Extra Virgin” were more likely to be pure. Anyway People using my soap were getting some quality bars!! Just like your clients are getting high quality food!! Kudos!! Will we be able to buy some in Canada ever?
