True or False?
BSV's user-side is set in stone.

As in, from now on, users don't need to care about whatever hard forks remain.

What's left is miners fixing things on their end, i.e. the difficulty adjustment algorithm.

I'd also like to state that "protocol" =/= "implementation"...

Code can certainly change once the protocol is "truly" locked down (even miners don't have changes.)

Examples:

Does the communication between miners need to change just because one miner implements a back-end change to their fee acceptance algorithms?

Or, if one miner has parallelized transaction processing while another hasn't?
