I tried a drop (T4/T3) in my ears last night. Surprisingly, this morning, usual (quite loud) tinnitus is absent! Amazed! https://twitter.com/t3maxxialt/status/1714343003035484652?s=61

wow... thats awesome!
Yeah, I was really surprised! My tinnitus tends to get louder and softer with my overall health, so it’s interesting to note that perhaps it’s actually measuring my thyroid function trending up and down. Don’t know if it’ll be needed daily or not, to keep it away - probably - but that’s not too much of a problem as I supplement all winter usually, and the normal oral administration route is not pleasant as it tastes like ass! Fortunately, my ears don’t have taste buds 😂.
its always such a breakthrough finding stuff that works for you... there's probably so much medical knowledge were ignorant of... and lost [[plant medicine]] to be rediscovered
My main problem is figuring stuff out, then forgetting what I’ve learnt later and having to re-learn it again. Hence why I’d like to create an app that allows you to log data points and discoveries for later use and data analysis. It would be great to have an app that could resurface old data points and important notes when they are needed again, in my own case, often at similarly recurring points in the month/year.
