On treechat, writing on chain is kinda a bonus. Which is great.
On Twetch it was a feature users payed for.
I payed to put 25k posts on chain so I would be able to find them whenever I needed them.
They are pretty much all gone.
Until the pruning issue has been resolved, there is no point in putting data on chain, unfortunately.
