[[treechat update]] new feature, now you can do ! gif to convert videos into animated gifs.
it works like ! edit, if there's a video in the thread above the message it'll use that video, or you can paste a link to any treechat message to get it turned into a gif

I downloaded a gif here on Treechat to post on X and saw that it was too large and too big. X wouldn't accept it. 1024x1024
Normally, when I download a video here and convert it to a , I set it to 648x648.
I'm telling you this in case you want to change it in the code.
